We add to our daily practice, along with the Five Positions of Focus, the Trinity or the Sign of the Cross or the Flow of All Things. This movement phrase is based on teachings and insights from Richard Rohr’s book “The Divine Dance” and movement from Roy DeLeon (please check out his YouTube page, YouTube.com/user/expressiveprayer). The last of these movements is to center yourself- take your hands into a prayer pose, crossing your thumbs one over the other. Bring the thumbs to your lips and the other fingers towards your forehead or your “third eye.” Bow your head by leading with your heart. Allow yourself to center your being-mind, body, and spirit- in the flow of all things.
