We add to our daily practice, along with the Five Positions of Focus, the Trinity or the Sign of the Cross or the Flow of All Things. This movement phrase is based on teachings and insights from Richard Rohr’s book “The Divine Dance” and movement from Roy DeLeon (please check out his YouTube page, YouTube.com/user/expressiveprayer). Our second movement is to draw our hands to the side to honor the Son-the Daughter-the Child-the Redeemer-the Savior-the One Among Us-the Presence. We honor the presence of God and the Universe among is in all things. For those of us who believe, we honor the Son of God, Who was equally divine and equally human, the Word made flesh and who dwelt among us. We embrace with arms wide open His presence.
